El tema ganador del Tune Of The Year del programa de radio de Armin van Buuren, A State Of Trance, en este 2020 ha sido ‘Somebody Loves You’ de Aly & Fila junto a la vocalista Plumb
Como ya es tradición, el jueves anterior a la Navidad, y coincidiendo este año con el día de Nochebuena, tiene lugar un especial del programa A State Of Trance, que con una duración de 4 horas, Armin van Buuren junto a Ruben De Ronde presentan el Top 50 del tema del año, resultado de las votaciones que estuvieron abiertas durante las semanas previas a este episodio especial, y en el que los seguidores del programa podían votar sus 5 favoritos del año.
Este año se lleva el número uno ‘Somebody Loves You’ de Aly & Fila y Plumb, seguido por ‘You’ll Be Ok’ de Gareth Emery y Annabel, y en tercer lugar, ‘This I Vow’ la colaboración de Armin con MaRLo, junto a Mila Josef.
Al igual que en años anteriores, me gusta dar mi opinión, que aunque pueda estar más o menos de acuerdo, siempre se quedan grandes temas fuera de este top, pero este año incluso hemos podido echar en falta algunos de los grandes temas o remixes fuera de la lista de votación, sin tener opción de votar el remix de Billy Gillies a ‘Turn It Around’ o ‘Moonchild’ de Elysian que son algunas de mis favoritas de este 2020. Mi número 1 de este año es ‘Telescope’ de Will Atkinson, aunque hubiese votado el álbum entero de haber podido, me parece una obra de arte en su conjunto
